Refund and Returns Policy

  • Purpose
    Tamrina (tamrinaeg.com) offers several paid digital services.
    • Coach/Club Listings – Silver & Gold tier profiles – paid by coach/club – billed monthly or annually
    • Featured Ads & Banners – homepage hero or category banner – paid by coach/partner – one-off charge
    • Digital Rewards Card Top-ups – extra redemption slots – paid by coach/brand – one-off charge
    (The Free tier is always free and non-refundable.)

  • Cooling-Off Period (7 days)
    Under Egyptian Consumer Protection Law № 181 (2018) you may cancel any digital service within 7 calendar days of purchase provided the service has not yet been activated (your listing/ad has not gone live). You will receive a full refund via the original payment method.

  • Refund Eligibility & Limits
    • Cancellation before listing/ad is published → Refund 100 %
    • Cancellation within 24 h after publication with no leads delivered → Refund 80 % (20 % admin fee)
    • Cancellation after 24 h or once a lead/contact has been generated → Partial refund pro-rated for unused days
    • Expired subscription not manually renewed → No refund
    • Violations of Tamrina Terms or content guidelines → No refund

  • How to Request a Refund
    Email refunds@tamrinaeg.com or open a support ticket from your dashboard.
    Provide account email, invoice №, payment date, and reason.
    Tamrina will confirm eligibility within 3 working days.
    Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment channel.
    You will receive an email confirmation once the transaction is completed.

  • Repeat Cancellations & Abuse
    Tamrina may refuse future service or deduct extra admin fees (up to 30 %) if multiple refunds are requested in bad faith or violate our Fair-Use Policy.

  • Disputes
    If you believe your refund was wrongly denied, email appeals@tamrinaeg.com within 14 days of our decision with supporting evidence. We aim to resolve appeals within 10 working days. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency.

  • Changes to This Policy
    Active subscribers will be notified by email at least 14 days before any change takes effect.
